Conversation and Companionship
We know that long hours in the house alone can be stressful even for those with short-term disabilities or life complications. CLS caregivers are engaged, social and empathetic, and look forward to the give and take of human connection, whether by playing games, reading to you, or just sharing a good joke. You are in good hands, and happy ones too.
Personal Grooming and Hygiene
Our caregivers are fully versed in bathing and dressing issues for our clients, as well as incontinence needs.
Exercise and Movement
We work with physical therapists and medical practitioners on routines to bring you back to health, as well as basic ambulatory issues around the house.
Transportation
Need to go shopping or run an errand? We can either perform those tasks for you or with you, and make the excursion safe and fun. Doctor visits too!
Medication Tracking
We’ll be sure to keep on track with any of your medication schedules, dosages, and cautions, and remind you of that schedule and any changes.
Meal Preparation
Our caregivers know their way around a savory meal and will prepare, serve, and clean up for all of your nutrition needs.
Housekeeping
Rest assured that we will keep your place in tip-top shape, including taking care of the laundry, living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms, and attending to all light cleaning needs.
Systems and Schedules
Do you have particular in-home needs, such as plants that require special care, or lots of relatives to whom you like to send birthday cards, or have a specific way you want your family tableware polished? Our attendants are quick to pick up on things that need extra-special attention, and are happy to work with you in keeping your home the way you love it best.
